Enthusiasm for learning and hands-on technical work is essential.Basic understanding of automotive systems (engine, transmission, suspension, electrical, brakes). Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment is a plus.Ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, and take direction from senior technicians.Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and a willingness to learn and improve problem-solving techniques.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various conditions (indoors and outdoors, sometimes in noisy environments).
