Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in ORLAND PARK, Illinois. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be involved in various accounting processes and activities within our organization. Your role will be vital in maintaining our financial records, which include processing payments, producing financial reports, and managing invoices.Responsibilities: Accurate processing of invoice data and managing the company's financial records Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance Handle accounts payable duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing Manage check runs to ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors Utilize software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial record keeping Ensure invoices are coded correctly before processing Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary Regularly update and maintain the company's financial records. Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in executing Check Runs Skills in Coding Invoices Proficiency in Data Entry Experience in Invoice Processing Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Proficiency in Oracle Experience in QuickBooks Knowledge of SAP Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks High level of integrity and dependability Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
