The Manager, Operations reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Memorial, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.The manager holds the authority and accountability for the management of various related cardiovascular programs. In addition, the Manager facilitates achievement of BCVI’s goals through coordinating program development efforts in cardiovascular clinical care, research and education.  This role is responsible for coordinating all business services including staff modeling, program budget development, quality reporting and analysis, and financial preparation and analysis as warranted. This position is instrumental in providing key data for support of the BCVI and assisting with the development of strategies to successfully compete for market penetration.  The Manager also facilitates achievement of BCVI’s goals through coordinating program development efforts in cardiovascular clinical care, research and education.  This individual is responsible for coordinating all business services including staff modeling, program budget development, quality reporting and analysis, and financial preparation and analysis as warranted. This position is instrumental in providing key data for support of the BCVI and assisting with the development of strategies to successfully compete for market penetration.  The Manager, Operations collaborates with leadership to advance quality strategies, ensure a professional work environment, facilitate timeliness of services, and enhance patient satisfaction. The Manager is responsible for fiscal, human resource, and quality outcomes for their defined service area or unit.
