Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.The OpportunityAct as the Parts Sales Variance (Parts Merchandising Funds Management) team Lead for the Americas pricing analysts as well as project manage strategic operational excellence initiatives.Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Coordinate workload effectively within the Americas regions to ensure timely Program & Claims approvals.

Provide support to the team on escalated issues in day to day tasks

Lead strategic projects to improve the ‘’Program creation to validation’’ process including the program simplification guidelines.

Demonstrate Lean capabilities by improving SV fundamental day to day processes.

Contribute to PSCS (Merchandising programs & Claims System) continuous improvements: from Business requirements to enhancements go-live

Coach and guide the team on policy changes and exception processes

Liaise and support with various ad-hoc request

Work closely with the Pricing Solutions team to collaborate on improving the program optimization

Be accountable for Sales Variance operational Excellence KPIs Improvement

Establish and manage governance structures for processes and policies, including defining and maintaining effective metrics.

Continuous onboarding / coaching / training of the Americas new and existing team members and ensuring that practices, procedures and process are fully documented

Min Required Qualifications:

8 to 10 years of progressive job-related experience.

Experience with Parts sales variance / Parts Merchandising funds policies, compliance, and practices

Desired Qualifications:

High level of interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

Ability to Lead a Team working on several high visibility projects

Ability to drive change and transformation

Strong Project Management skills

Ability to diagnose and find innovative solutions to unique and complex problems continuously

Metrics driven / oriented

Experience with Parts sales variance policies, compliance, and practices
