Arrowhead H-D is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a F&I Business Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the dealership's business office operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all Finance and Insurance (F&I) products and services
Review and approve finance applications and contracts
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
Train and mentor sales associates on F&I processes and procedures
Monitor and analyze dealership financial performance
Create and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Manager or in a similar role within the automotive or powersports industry
Strong knowledge of F&I products, regulations, and processes
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and other stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
