Your daily responsibilities will include facilitating communication, ensuring that the needs and feedback from both sides are understood and acted upon. While technical knowledge is a plus, your soft skills will take center stage as you navigate customer interactions, team negotiations, and problem-solving. You’ll collaborate strategically with application specialists, offering market insights to complement their technical know-how. With experience in commercial or marketing functions, you’ll apply your seasoned expertise to enhance product positioning and sales strategies. As the linchpin of the product group, your ability to blend soft skills with strategic insight will shape the customer experience and drive the commercial triumph of our products.What You’ll Do:
Consultation and Implementation: Engage with product groups, districts, and dealers to develop and implement solutions that enhance the value and pricing of products.
Business Plan Optimization: Identify and address any shortfalls in the business plan, while also seizing opportunities for incremental sales.
Problem Resolution: Track record of tackling issues affecting product performance and commercial success within the territory. Monitor PINS trends, demand changes, and customer needs.
Prospect Development: Cultivate new prospects, solidify customer relationships, and explore opportunities to introduce products and services to the market
