Ensure a client doesn't only buy a product but has a positive experience with it.Owns technical scope and strategy for Network upgrade, Tele Remediation, Tele PM strategies, ReadySee with region team.Create gameplan for specific site/project for complex work, onsite check-ins during key milestonesEnsures region FE is engaged to minimize risk of future issuesPoint of contact for complex CSO'sFinds opportunities for service contract growthPerform competency assessments for FE's on PCI equipment.Pre-quote survey's/partnership with salesOwns technical scope and strategy and milestones of installation projects for ZoneAssigns Implementation Specialists to projects based on competencySupports install where additional competency is neededMentors Implementation Specialists to gain more competency within the regionProvides coaching/FBT sessions to region FE'sHires additional contractors as extra hands are needed for project work within the ZoneAssess and remediate existing infrastructure to support installation of new solution. May also perform installation,validation, and connectivity on assigned equipment.Function as co-lead; develop and maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with customers andsales to proactively identify customer needs, ensure resolution, proper follow-up, and ongoing customer satisfaction.Consulting with IT and biomed on customer requirements for installation and address cyber security concerns.Mentoring and coaching local FE on installed solution.Responsible for prompt administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal servicerecords in a timely manner, technical project plans, technical walk thru and post warranty conversations with customer.Provide instruction to personnel on equipment operation, diagnostics, effective use, and repair.Supports engineering new product releasesExpected travel minimum 90%qualifications:
