Join us.DescriptionSupports product regulatory substance compliance programs through various activities that assist in managing compliance risk and ensuring compliance with applicable product regulatory requirements for intended markets. The primary market focus for this position will be North America.Job Duties Understand and stay current on North American product regulatory requirements in the substance compliance space and understand application of same to Caterpillar products. Follow and utilize established processes and tools to collect, assess, and manage information in support of product compliance. Identify continuous improvement opportunities for processes and tools used to manage product regulatory compliance risks. Collaborate with product groups, design control and operations to ensure the development, validation and production of product that meets applicable product regulatory requirements.
