District Manager - $65K+ Monthly Bonus - Quick Service (St. Louis, MO)
Role Overview
The District Manager oversees the performance and operations of multiple restaurant teams within the assigned district. This role ensures management teams meet all expectations and responsibilities, driving success across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Development:
Train, motivate, and empower teams to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular evaluations and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
Lead orientation, training, and development programs for managers and team members.
Operational Excellence:
Assess quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC) standards, conducting regular inspections.
Communicate guest concerns to management and ensure timely resolutions.
Implement new products, programs, and changes effectively through training and follow-up.
Leadership & Performance Management:
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to management teams.
Evaluate and counsel managers using clearly defined expectations and standards.
Recruit, develop, and promote team members for leadership roles.
Business Strategy:
Analyze performance metrics and take corrective actions to meet financial goals.
Support marketing initiatives and assess the effectiveness of localized strategies.
Negotiate district vendor contracts, following approval protocols.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Uphold personnel practices that align with legal requirements and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience:
7-10 years in restaurant operations, with 3-5 years in leadership roles (multi-unit experience preferred).
Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and planning.
QSR / Fast Food experience highly preferred.
Skills:
Valid driver’s license.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in high-temperature environments.
Comfortable performing tasks at a high pace under pressure.
