Full Time Site Supervisor -Monday-Friday 1pm-9:30pm
$20.00 per hour
ESS Clean is currently seeking an experienced Site-Supervisor in the Peoria Area. We are looking for a “Hands On” leader who can direct and supervise others, as well as jump in when needed. The primary duty of the Site Supervisor is to insure the proper cleaning of the facility. This is to be accomplished by inspecting the facility regularly, training new employees and ongoing training of all employees, communicate with the Site Manager, Area Manager, and the customer contact resolving any issues that arise, perform general cleaning duties, perform monthly inspections, and filling in for employee absences. You will work directly with both employees and client, ensuring that cleaning services meet or exceed expectations. Full benefits package.
