We remodel lower end apartments. The work does not require a lot of skill as most work is not in million dollar houses. You do need some skills though:
basic electrical
basic plumbing
painting
lvp install
trim work
All the basics
There is a lot of painting, replacing light fixtures, laying lvp, changing faucets etc etc. The job pays $20/hr cash for the right person. All work is in peoria, pekin, east peoria. You must have your own transportation and basic tools. This position will turn into a higher level position with higher pay. Its really all about how quickly we can move through jobs.
