Volt is looking for a Marketing Analyst to work on-site with our customer in Peoria, IL on 24 month assignment forecasted. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Contribute to sales growth leading to strategic/tactical advantage for the respected MBDs long-term marketing leadership position in the industry.Provides staff level analytics functions of normal to mid-range complexity, which support business processes.Supports achievement of the annual Business Plan by acting as point of contact for the Voice of the Customer/Dealer and provides support in generating strategic recommendations that help achieve both the short-term and long-term initiatives of these plans supporting all Undercarriage products.The capacity also assists the regions through value added activities.Supports on-going reporting processes monthly.Works with data providers and departments to ensure timely submission of business results and data in the required time, validating and consolidating data so as to generate accurate reports in a timely fashion monthly.Supports and communicates reporting timeline by working with each data provider.Supports and implements changes to reporting, helps manage changes to metrics definition as required.Manages and resolves CWMS Tier 2 Help Desk tickets.Creates dealer communications and training in support of the CWMS.Executes projects and ongoing improvements to the CWMS system.Creates marketing communications.Supports the undercarriage product group life cycle teamBACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years' experienceBasic database understanding, SQL is preferred.Microsoft Excel (pivots table, graphs, vlookups), Microsoft PowerPoint experience, Microsoft Word experience.Excellent personal and communication skills required.Prior project management / 6 Sigma experience desired.Must demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally with dealers.Position will be 50% dealer / customer communications and publications, 25% analytics, reporting and projects and 25% will be dealer Help Desk support.This position is subject to US Export Controls.
