Schnucks is now hiring a Fresco/Deli Manager for our Knoxville Crossing Schnucks!
Knoxville Crossing is located at 10405 N Centerway Dr, Peoria, IL 61615.
Responsibilities:
Food prep and cooking duties
Maintain strict adherence to department and company safety guidelines
Manage and prioritize task for department to best serve our customers
Train new teammates to ensure department standards are met
Create work schedule for department teammates to ensure customer service throughout hours of operation
Write orders for the day and set up timeline for production schedule
Provide friendly and courteous service in person and on the phone
Receive and stock orders
Understand and practice proper sanitation procedures
Follow inventory control procedures to ensure quality production, accuracy and product rotation
Requirements:
Minimum six months related experience
Food Service Management experience preferred
