Description Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client in Plainfield, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. This is a contract to hire position. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers.Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when necessary.Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.Manage HR metrics and reporting to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of progressive experience in human resources management roles.Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proven track record of implementing HR best practices and driving positive change.HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
