They are Responsible for developing and evolving the processes through which all product prioritization and development is completed. Improves productivity of department through effective delegation, serving as the delivery driver on multiple and complex business and remediation activities. Demonstrates perspective and critical thinking that is cross functional, extending beyond immediate area of responsibility. Communicates status, including risks and issues, of all business unit (remediation) projects to senior staff, including well developed observations, solutions and recommendations based on strong critical thinking skills. Challenges the status quo by evaluating situations from multiple facets and ongoing opportunities for improvement. Manages staff training, development and performance in area of responsibility. Develops and manages relationships across multiple stakeholders, expanding leadership influence to accomplish results through others.Creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.Responsibilities:
Develops and reviews plans, manages issues and risk, analyzing workflow, establishes priorities, resolves blockers.
Meets with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
Refines processes used to take projects from concept through implementation using the SAFE framework. Drives process from initiation through closure, leveraging Remediation Office Frameworkds and standards.
Engages in continuous improvement with team to realize increased value to the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, or related
10+ years of project management and/or lean or SAFE experience
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of financial service experience
SAFe (Scale Agile Framework) SPC4 certification
SAFe (Scale Agile Framework) Leading SAFe Certification
Solid track record of successful stakeholder management
Experience in risk, compliance, and remediation project management
In Lieu of Education:
12+ years of Project Management and/or Lean or SAFe Experience
