Hands on Kitchen leader needed. Someone to keep ticket times fast, help enforce that all prep, cleaning, cooking is done on a daily basis. This person needs to be able to critically think, multi task, handle high stress situations and fix things on the fly. They need to be able to work in the kitchen with the regular staff employees and lead by example. The candidate should understand that customer service needs to be fast and perfect and they need to strive to help make the kitchen and its staff be able to uphold this high level of service over a long period of time. Leadership experience is preferred, any candidate selected for this position will be put on a trial run to ensure they are able to uphold expectations.
