We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us this season. This paid internship encompasses all aspects of hospitality/service and includes a wide range of job duties, as you'll serve as the main assistant to the executive chef.
This is a part-time, seasonal position from late September to May.
This is a salaried position guaranteeing a minimum 100 hours per month and an hourly bonus over 100 hours.
Minimum Starting Salary: $1700 a month

Expert food handling to ensure top-notch quality and safety
Efficient kitchen prep and light cooking to support our chefs
Seamless kitchen set up and break down for smooth operations
Thorough cleaning and organizing to maintain a pristine workspace
Job Requirements:
Early morning/daytime availability
Occasional evening flexibility (schedule is set a month in advance)
Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and dependability
Ability to handle cleaning and heavy lifting tasks
Communication skills to coordinate effectively with the head chefs
