The Role
We’re looking for motivated Assistant Landscape Technicians to join our team. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced crew members, learning the trade, contributing to projects, and helping us deliver the level of service our clients expect. If you’ve got a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for working outdoors, this could be the start of a rewarding career with Thrive.
What You’ll Do
Support your crew in completing landscape maintenance and installation projects
Prepare tools and materials to keep projects running smoothly
Communicate with clients and subcontractors in a professional, polite manner
Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe job site
Keep accurate daily time and work records in our company systems
Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Physical stamina – able to handle physically demanding tasks in all weather
Team player – you work well with others and contribute to a positive crew culture
Reliability – you show up on time and ready to work
Attention to detail – you care about doing the job right
Adaptability – you’re willing to take on different tasks and learn new skills
Safety minded – you follow protocols to protect yourself and your team
At least one year of physical labor experience (landscaping experience is a plus)
