I am looking for a few rehabbers that are looking for a place to stay through out the winter months. They can stay rent free while they help rehab the unit through out the winter months. This is short term month to month set up. They need to cover there own water / heat / ect and sewer expenses. (I would hope they maintain & work another job.) this work inside can be done at night & on the weekends, ect. (this work can be done a little at a time.) this is not a major rehab project.
