Caretaker needed for rental properties in FRANKLIN GROVE and ROCHELLE. Applicant has choice of working at one property or both properties.
Duties include upkeep of grounds/hallways/laundry rooms, light maintenance, cleaning and painting vacant units, showing units to prospective tenants and handling resident relations. You would receive a monthly salary plus $18.00 per hour for extra work (extra cleaning, light plumbing, etc.)
