What We Are Looking For
We want a CNC Machinist who does not just “run parts” — but takes pride in craftsmanship. Someone who:
Has 3+ years setting up and operating CNC machines
Knows how to select tooling, adjust offsets, and edit programs with confidence
Brings an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and works well both independently and as part of a team
Understands G&M codes at a fundamental level
Can measure and inspect parts with precision tools
Reads and interprets blueprints, specs, and quality documents like second nature
Has some programming experience or the desire to learn
