Looking for an experienced Estimator with capabilities of all aspects of Construction including over seeing job until completed.
Must be familiar with Division 8 specifiacation for Doors, Frames and Hardware. Comfortable quoting Hollow Metals Doors and Frames, Commercial Wood Doors, Storefront Aluminum Doors and Automatics. Good understanding of Door Hardware, preparations and Install. Good Computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Microsoft word, outlook and power Point.
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints. Obtain information required to prepare a quote from a blueprint, door schedule and/or drawings. Obtain vendor quotes for pricing. Answer all questions regarding the quote and provide Submittals for the projects quoted. If awarded with the projects quoted must be able to process purchase orders and follow up for delivery dates.
