Apartment complex located in the Rockford Area is in need of a Part/Full time maintenance/handyman person. Must be experienced in basic plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, flooring both vinyl & carpet, roof & gutter repair. Hvac & appliance repair is a plus.
Must have valid Drivers License, Insurance & basic tools.
Candidate must be dependable, trustworthy, respectful and pass a background check.
