Local Property Maintenance company is in need of someone to assist with service calls for residential rental properties. Must have own vehicle and most tools and be dependable and drug free. Must have experience with light plumbing, electrical and basic knowledge to repair common problems with residential rental units. This is a full time position with a growing company.
