We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our Team
and help us keep freight moving efficiently across the country.
What You'll Do:
Negotiate Rates with Carriers and Build strong vendor relationships
Dispatch Loads and Coordinate daily freight assignments
Track and Trace Shipments providing real-time updates to customers and internal teams
Proactively resolve service issues
Ensure all Load Contracts and BOLS are accurate and completed in a Timely manner
Maintain strong communication with drivers, customers and team members
Monitor and optimize route efficiency. Profitability and On-Time delivery
What we are looking for:
(3) Years minimum Truckload and LTL Truckload Dispatch experience Required!
Strong knowledge of Refrigerated Logistics and all other facets of Transportation.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite

Position requires individual to be on site.
This position is not a Remote or Hybrid position
Monday-Friday with evening and weekend call
