Do you have the can-do attitude to become our dream candidate? Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Operations:Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.Maintain a tidy and welcoming area.Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and packages.Provide administrative assistance.Office ManagementMaintain inventory of office and breakroom supplies and ensure they are regularly stocked and nicely presented.Order office and breakroom supplies as needed.Be the go-to contact when building management issues arise such as calling repair services.Lunch and Meeting Scheduling:Organize lunch meetings and occasional corporate events.Arrange catering and meal services, ensuring timely delivery and impressive presentation.Manage meeting calendars  and assist sales team for hosting customers.HR Support:Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing workstations, materials, and necessary access to tools and systems.Coordinate and support new hire orientation sessions.Tech Support:Be the IT liaison and local hands to assist our overseas IT department.Provide basic technical support to staff for office equipment, software, and systems.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, printers, and other office devices with the assistance of offsite IT department.Travel Arrangements:Coordinate travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.Ensure all travel arrangements are well-organized and cost-effective.Negotiate discounted hotel rates near jobsites.Handle last-minute changes or adjustments to travel schedules.Miscellaneous ProjectsAssist with any miscellaneous projects. We are transitioning from startup to scale up; the landscape and scope changes regularly.Supporting trade show planning. For example ordering and organizing for shipment booth items.Willingness to expand tasks as company expands. ‘Grow with stow’ (and Movu).
