Position Requirements:
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED Required
Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs, Outlook and computer skills needed
Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
Must be able to observe and report any suspicious activity
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must be able to follow traffic laws while on duty
Must be able to work with a small team to make sure the property is covered and secured
