Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a TS/SCI Systems Engineer sitting fully onsite at SAFB, IL supporting a large government client. This individual will provide technical support for the integration of various sub-systems as part of the network in support of an enterprise VoIP management system. As a Systems Engineer on the program, the candidate will be a member of a team that interacts with technical and non-technical teammates including customers and vendors, but primarily with subject matter expert teammates. In this role, the SE will provide technical assistance, administer configurations, support testing, recommend enhancements, and troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with the various sub-systems.Responsibilities may include: Leverage technical background to understand a customer's goals and identify the best integration solution for their needs Perform customer (end user / end user system) Integration by following instructions and executing a process Test and troubleshoot configurations to confirm successful integration Communicate with customers during integration and post-integration including responding to emails, facilitating meetings or phone conversations, participating in solving technical problems Author/update documentation Identify configuration errors and check appropriate log files to debug issues.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
