In return, we’ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Report Coordinator 1 for our Safety Assessment group site located Skokie, IL.The following are responsibilities related to the Report Coordinator 1:

All functions of Report Coordinator II

Provide advanced publishing support to others

Proficient in publishing all types of reports

Assist with review and finalization of phase and full reports

Advanced training of personnel

Assignment/review/release of final phase reports

Act as primary point of contact for assigned processes/procedures and or projects

Working knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures

Regular and punctual attendance

Comply with all Charles River policies and procedures

Follow all safety rules and regulations

Adhere to all environmental regulations

Attend and participate in all required training sessions

Work as a team member

Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

Other duties as assigned by departmental management

The following are minimum qualifications related to the Report Coordinator 1 position:

Education: BA/BS degree in natural sciences field (preferred) or AS degree in a natural sciences/technical writing/computer sciences field with appropriate experience (2-3 years preferred)

Experience: 0years of experience, excellent writing ability, attention to detail, personal computer literacy, good understanding of scientific procedures, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

Other: Demonstrated skills with word processing, word, spreadsheet and appropriate applications.
