Disabled senior needs someone to do 10-20 hours a week for free upstairs bedroom with Wi-Fi. There will be no actual pay but the person would be able to work a full time job and do this work on the side. The only job that would require specific knowledge is plumbing. The rest of the work would be lifting things, moving furniture and boxes in the house, carrying out trash and unwanted items, and possible yard work. The house is presently in complete disarray and their bedroom would need cleaned to make it their own. The owner is looking to move in the next 4+ months. The person applying must be drug-free and not a heavy drinker. No overnight guests. Could possibly have a pet.
