We are looking for someone to help us maintain our property as we age. It is a part time job flexible hours- 15-20 hrs a week. Responsibilities do not include lawn mowing! But other tasks may consist of weeding, organizing barn and tools, light painting and small handy man chores as needed. Weeding and mulching, picking up limbs after storm, etc. We have all the equipment and tractors. Running errands to replace tires on a wagon, overseeing the pool closing and putting furniture away for the winter are examples. Always something different! No alcoholics need apply. Only will consider candidates who are family oriented and desire good working relationships as it is takes a partnership to keep our property up and looking great!
