Must have the following:
- Truck/Plow and Spreader set up
- Valid driver's License
- 1-2 years experience with snow plowing is a must.
- Proof of insurance covering plowing operations and Workers Compensation Insurance (WC insurance is available through WLC if needed)
- 24/7 availability - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Must have reliable communication (cell phone/schedule updates are often texted)
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must be able to fill out company paper work properly
- Must be hard working and responsible
- Some shoveling IS REQUIRED.
- Must be able to lift 50# - 75# regularly
- Must have experience with commercial and residential plowing!
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK LONG HOURS WHEN REQUIRED
