Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of tire services, including installation, rotation, balancing, and repair, as well as basic lubrication services, such as oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Inspect tires for wear and tear, damage, or other issues.
Install new tires, rotate tires, and balance tires.
Repair flat tires and perform other tire-related maintenance.
Perform basic lubrication services, including oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle needs and service options.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in tire services or automotive maintenance is preferred.
Knowledge of tire sizes, pressures, and different tire types.
Proficiency in using tire tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Excellent hours (Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm) and competitive wages.
