Become a maker of possible with us.Job Summary:The regional manager is responsible for leading a team of office-based sales employees who drive product sales to new and/or existing customers. Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the RM is focused on the following areas: sales revenue growth, coaching, associate development, and performance management. The RM will drive the regional business plan, development of operating plans, provide significant input to key business decisions and resource planning, and execute associate tactical plans.Major Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales quota achievement within assigned region through the management of the sales pipeline and monthly forecasting

Research and discover methods to increase customer engagementthrough a digital first strategy

Identifies significant trends or new issues of strategic importance and communicates them to business leadership. Provides formal/informal feedback and recommendations.

Encourages team to strive for operational excellence by continually challenging old methods or ways of thinking and taking responsible risks to maximize results.

Responsible for planning and monitoring progress of each territory and division to successfully achieving and exceeding annual sales goals.

Provides sales mentoring and training of “standard processes” associated with technical product knowledge, competitive positioning, demonstration skills, role plays, and value selling.

Responsible to provide frequent and timely verbal and written feedback on performance related to business objectives.

Responsible for recruiting, managing, developing, and motivating assigned inside sales team members.

Works collaboratively with internal/external groups to achieve business results, coaches’ others in the dynamics of effective teamwork

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree Required

3-6 years of Health Care Experience preferred

2 years of outside sales experience with proven track record preferred

Ability to travel 40% of the time

Strong process, planning, forecasting, and negotiation skills required.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ideal candidates will be located in Chicago, IL

Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued license driver’s license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD’s auto safety standards’.
