About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):09About the Role:The Team:We are excited to announce an opening for a full-stack application developer role in our dynamic team. Our team works with other developers on our platform, and as a member of our team, you will get the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds and develop a close team dynamic with coworkers from around the world. As a full-stack developer, you will be responsible for developing the products that our clients use daily by utilizing your technical knowledge and analytical skills. You will also help provide mentorship and insight to other developers while stretching your knowledge as we come up with new solutions to the challenges we encounter.Responsibilities and Impact:In this role, you will be working with data and analytics that provide the foundation for every day decisions in the capital and commodities markets. You will solve problems, analyze and isolate issues, provide technical guidance and mentoring to the team, and help them embrace change as new processes are introduced. You will champion practices and methodologies and serve as an SME to the organization.

Compensation/Benefits Information : (This section is only applicable to US candidates)S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $127,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. Bachelor's /Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.

3+ years of experience in full-stack application development using Microsoft Technologies.

1+ years developing in React or typescript

Knowledge of object-oriented design, .NET framework and design patterns.

Experienced on enterprise web development projects or applications.

Strong command of essential technologies: C#, SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, React.Js, Knockout.js/ Angular.js).

Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test- driven development.

Good experience with developing solutions involving relational database technologies on SQL Server platform.

Strong communications skills with ability to communicate with international teams.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Production development in .Net core

Strong database skills on RDBMS and NoSql
