The Workplace Culture & Belonging Analyst will play a critical role in the planning, coordination, implementation, & delivery of workplace culture & belonging initiatives and resources to help advance RRD’s comprehensive strategy.Responsibilities:Maintains the RRD intranet, coordinating meetings and events to support internal training, programming, and education, and helping to maintain necessary data for EEO compliance reportingAssists with and coordinates workplace culture program initiatives, including speakers, materials, technology, and attendanceCoordinates employee resource groups (ERG), including keeping member lists up to date, assisting with programming and scheduling, etcBuilds and maintains the event calendar, ensuring all events, content, contacts, etc. are accurate and updatedAssists with compiling, reviewing, and submitting EEO compliance dataCollaborates with HR and talent acquisition teams to incorporate compliance awareness and skills development and trainingPrepares PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetingsMaintains detailed spreadsheets, databases, and other record-keeping systems to track compliance data, communications, and eventsAssists with surveys, RFP and proposal requests, and other data requestsMaintains all marketing materials and website information to ensure the information is up to dateTracks team projects and tasks to foster accountability and efficiencyMaintains up-to-date knowledge of best practicesProvides general support and partnership with key internal and external stakeholders as requested
