This hands-on role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, staying ahead of wear and tear, and taking pride in a job well done. This is a hands on repair/maintenance position - NOT an administrative role.You'll be the go-to person for everything from minor plumbing and electrical work to HVAC maintenance, preventive inspections, and equipment repairs. We do most of our repairs in-house, so your skills will be put to use daily without relying heavily on outside contractors.This is a steady, proactive role—not just reacting to emergencies but helping prevent them.
