This full-time position will support the Manager of Reporting & Analysis in the day-to-day, weekly and monthly reporting related activities, in support of one or more of the Brainlab entities. It is currently a hybrid role, with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.Work directly with Manager of Reporting & Analysis to generate KPIs data for newly created business unit.Perform regular monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for Managing Director.Assist Director of National Accounts to maintain pricing of national group purchasing agreements.Calculate and report group purchasing organization admin fees on a monthly basis.Lead projects as assigned from inception to successful conclusionReview quotes to ensure compliance with purchase agreementsCommunicate changes to group purchase account members to Salesforce admin team.Resolve issues and field questions from the sales and support teams.Effectively communicate with various levels of management and international colleagues.Perform research, development and analysis for projects related to the improvement of the organization.Other special projects as required.
