Description If you have a passion for Human Resources and you're looking for an exciting, new Generalist opportunity, Robert Half has a great opportunity for you as a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, you will perform various HR duties, including new hire orientation, updating the employee handbook, and managing employee relations.Responsibilities-Making sure employees are enrolled in the HRIS system-Serve as a back up to payroll processing-Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations-Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws-Update policies and procedures when necessary-Work with the Talent Aquisition Specialist on recruitmentRequirements -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.-Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.-Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.-Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.-Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations Payroll and HRIS system.
