Incumbent serves as Residential Services Director for the Hopewell Center, responsible for all residential programs, including group homes, supported living, and wellness coordination.DUTIES: Supervises and supports assigned staff through guidance, problem-solving, and review of work and reports; oversees personnel functions including hiring, training, evaluation, and corrective action.Ensures effective operation of Residential Services programs through oversight of admissions, resident care, and compliance with all regulations.Serves as administrator of group homes, meeting requirements for a QIDP.Assures implementation of all applicable standards and regulations for ICF/IDD Facilities.Leads program budgeting and financial oversight while conducting strategic planning and semi-annual evaluations to drive program growth and accountability.Provides strategic oversight of program operations to ensure quality services, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.Guides staff in program development, annual curriculum updates, and coordination of comprehensive client supports.Leads regulatory surveys and reviews, ensuring documentation accuracy, timely reporting, and corrective action.Oversees facility maintenance, repairs, and equipment needs to maintain safe, functional environments.Oversees procedures and resources are in place to ensure the continuity of health and safety for clients and staff during natural disasters, severe weather, or other emergencies, including communication and coordination of response efforts.Coordinates all activities of the Human Rights Committee, including member selection, meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, plan approvals, and documentation/minute maintenance in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.Oversees systems of internal control to ensure the integrity, accuracy and accountability of client finances, including timely processing of representative payee reports and coordination of internal and external reviews and financial reporting.Represents programs on the Hopewell Center Management Team, contributing to strategic planning, organizational initiatives, and community partnerships.Serves as an on-call consultant and performs related duties that advance agency goals and client well-being.
