Key Responsibilities
Support the companys values, goals and objectives
Help us innovate to improve the customer experience and create a stronger company
Have a firm grasp of the goals of our financial reporting for both internal and tax purposes, while always abiding by U.S. GAAP, and code entries accordingly
Initiate client payments based on billing data from multiple sources, after compiling and checking for accuracy
Proficient in reconciliation to include bank accounts and accounts receivable
Process T&E reports through Concur Expense, ensuring proper coding and reconciliation of corporate card reports to the statement
Act as the Concur Expense administrator, maintaining and updating the accounts and users as necessary
Act as the corporate card administrator
Archive digital documents in a coherent and consistent manner, always with compliance in mind
Build and maintain processes that allow for accurate month-end entries and accruals
Fulfill an instrumental role in the extensive month-end process, which includes a balance sheet reconciliation and initial analysis of the results
Identify areas of weakness and work to make them a strength
Ensure all systems are syncing correctly by performing reconciliations and imports weekly for accuracy
Review and post company transactions daily
Investigate any unfamiliar transactions independently by reviewing past ledger activity
Complete quarterly sales tax filings, annual personal property and licensing filings, as well as annual reports to government entities
Act as the administrator for our Bill.com account, review and approve Accounting Clerks payable entries
Skills & Knowledge
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite and expert knowledge of Excel
Comfortable learning new software systems
Ability to build processes with scalability and efficiency in mind
Proficient in documenting job duties to help sustain a healthy work-life balance
Comfortable with currency translation and intercompany receivable concepts

Required Experience:
GlobalWare, Adaptive Insights, and/or Bill.com experience preferred
BA in Accounting or related field, or equivalent knowledge + experience
Expert knowledge of Excel
