Seeking a entry level Construction Manager. Commercial construction. Energy and a sense of high motivation is a must. Must have proven track record of quality field experience. Skills should include, foundation layout, concrete and general carpentry skills. There is field supervision and the need to travel to job sites from time to time. Computer background and being familiar with Microsoft Outlook a plus. Will train the right candidate for in-house systems and policies. Must be able to interpret blue prints and specifications. Fabrication , welding and erection skills would be a benefit. Any estimation skills are preferred, however training is available. People skills are a must.
