We are currently hiring full and part-time leasing all-stars at several communities across the in Bloomington including; Adams Village Apartments, Fountain Park Apartments, Meadow Park Apartments, and Steeplechase Apartments.
Duties will include:
- Being a champion of Regency Multifamily's high standards of customer service and professionalism to ensure residents are satisfied and proud to call their Regency Multifamily community home.
- Warmly greeting and assisting all prospective & current residents who enter the community.
- Creating, processing, and ensuring completion of all lease documents, including application and renewal paperwork.
- Ensuring the appearance of the property, model apartment, and show apartments are acceptable and create a positive first impression.
- Assisting Community Manager with resident events to boost resident satisfaction and engagement, and ensuring all property marketing is current and accurate.

Our offices are open Monday - Friday 8AM - 6PM and Saturdays 10AM - 4PM.
