Responsibilities include:
- Showing care and concern for our residents through excellence in work order resolution and preventative maintenance
- Preserving the beauty of our community through general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
- Resolving maintenance issues in the area of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turn repairs and improvements
- On call duty for after hour emergencies
