My name is Pat, and I am a professional recruiter working for regionally known and respected above ground pool company that has been around since 1982.
Over the years they have developed a fantastic sales program that is what every experienced salesperson is looking for:
You can expect to have from 2 to 3 REAL sales call appointments per day (6 day per week) (Sat and Sunday required)
Your calls will be with prequalified customers that have requested you meet with them in their home.
Your calls will be within a reasonable driving distance from where you live.
The products you will be selling are "top quality" that you would welcome in your own home.
Just to cover your travel expenses, you are paid $25.00 for every presentation you do,
Plus, Top commissions are paid twice per month. Last year's salespeople averaged $2,500 to $3,500 per week.
Training takes 2.5 days, & we pay for hotel if needed. It will start as soon as your/our schedules permit. You tell us
when and we will tell you where.
No out of pocket cost to you.
LARGE end of season bonus you will LOVE.
What do you need?
Have previous experience with a 100% commissioned sales position.
A current valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Proof of current auto insurance.
Your social security card.
A positive attitude.
A willingness to learn and to follow a proven successful program.
Willing to work 6 days per week, Saturdays and Sundays a must.
Be available for one of our next training classes.
What do we offer?
We spend Millions on regional TV ads and internet adds to generate ready and willing customers for you to meet with,
at no cost to you
We qualify each prospect ability to buy before us setting up an appointment with you.
We offer full service to the customer, including financing, delivery, and installation.
You will receive 2 to 3 appointments per day for the 6 days that you work. Some days could have 4 appointments.
You can expect and average commission of $600 to $800 per sale.
Our average closing rate is from 40 to 50% If you are good even more.
