What You'll Be Doing

Process e s weekly/biweekly payroll in ADP Workforce .  

Validate s and audit payroll reports.   

Prepare s Union Fringe & Certified Payroll Reports .  

Support s payroll projects & union audits.  

Initiate s continuous improvement in US payroll proces s and Canadian payroll operation including payroll processing, yearend activities etc.  

QualificationsWhat You'll Need for Success

Education Associate degree in Accounting , Business Administration, or a related discipline would be preferred, or a combination or the equivalent work experience.

7+years payroll experience in full-cycle US payroll of multiple jurisdictions and job sites .  

Multiple union experience required . 

Experience in ADP Workforce preferred .  

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
