Typical work schedule is 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (Monday-Friday) Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily activities of approximately 30-70 associates, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.Lead and mentor associates, promoting teamwork and growth in a dynamic environment.Champion safety and environmental initiatives to promote a secure workplace.Maintain a strong emphasis on quality and customer service excellence.Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.Support continuous improvement initiatives across the team.Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Assist in the successful launch of new products.Manage resources effectively to achieve departmental goals.Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
