Want to join our crew of sharp analytical minds?The work:As a Senior Manager in Data & AI, you will have a 100% focus on client advisory and project delivery. Your role will include:

People – You will lead and manage a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and other AI professionals. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Process -You will apply project management methodologies and frameworks and have the oversee projects from inception to delivery while managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

Technology - You will be responsible for understanding the benefits of Artificial intelligence, for example, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing technologies, and will be able to explain differences between the many available platforms.

Thought Leader – You will have a clear vision on Data & AI and the direction this capability is moving. Further, you will have many opportunities to share this vision with colleagues and clients.

Business Translator - You will identify and build a vision on business problems, initiative, analytics intervention, data scientist management, data science interpretation and storytelling.

You Are:An experienced senior consulting executive who has built and delivered transformative data & AI projects and solutions, including Gen AI.Here’s what you need:

4 years of experience as a Data & AI thought leader including understanding the technological direction and communicating to internal and external stakeholders.

2 years of experience identifying and building a vision on business problems, initiative, analytics intervention, data scientist management, data science interpretation and storytelling.

2 years of experience with data and analytics transformation including setting up current state assessment, operating models, value case, roadmap, and blueprint in the Data & AI landscape.

4 years of experience in the following technologies at an expert level: programming/scripting languages like Python, R, and SQL.

Familiarity with big data tools like Spark and PySpark.

Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) technologies like spaCy, NLTK, and CoreNLP.

Knowledge of Bayesian networks and decision trees.

Familiar with hyperscaler offerings and 3rd party technologies: AzureML, Vertex.AI, AWS Sagemaker, Databricks.

Bonus points if you have:

10 years of experience working in a consulting capacity or project management role.

Experience in any of the following:

Sales

Retail and CGS (consumer goods and services) industry.

Generative AI implementations.

Data acquisition, ingestion, and pre-processing for AI projects and know what it takes to design, implement, and manage data pipelines for large-scale AI projects.

Important Information Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
