Apex Systems, a national leader in IT Solutions, is searching for a Java Developer for a REMOTE opportunity. This is a Contract-to-Hire role with Software organization based in Indianapolis! You will be responsible for making modifications and enhancements to an existing SaaS solutions to onboard new clients and enhance services provided. Operating in a start-up culture, you will have autonomy to develop solutions based on client needs as well as expand your skillset for greater software capabilities. You will work in an Agile Scrum environment and will flex between backend Java development, to front end scripting, as well as database interaction using SQL.
Requirements include:
Java 7 experience or newer
Experience interacting with SQL Databases and Cloud solutions
Java EE architectural and development and coding practices using design patterns and object-oriented frameworks
Web-testing tools, deployment & configuration management tools and secure infrastructure management a plus
Front end experience with J2EE, Bootstrap, React, JavaScript
Agile Scrum and SDLC experience
