Location: Columbia City, IN Salary: Competitive Description: Our client is currently seeking a Verification Engineer
Responsible for project management of the Design Transfer project phase.
Develops master V&V plans for new product introduction and manages qualification activities.
These activities include, but are not limited to, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Capability, Inspection Plan creation, First Article Inspection, Special Process Validation, & MSA Studies.
Works with manufacturing sites, both internal and external to company, to develop and qualify processes. Participates in cross-functional core team for the design control process, providing DFM feedback to R&D.
Provides feedback for supplier selection process based on supplier capability & readiness.
Works with Regulatory team to provide information for submissions to regulatory bodies.
Additional Job Details:
Strong project management & communication skills required.
This position requires a Bachelors degree & a minimum of 4 years' experience, preferably in the medical device field.
Works well in a team environment.
